We all have our strengths and weaknesses. Some are different than others, while some are similar. My strengths are a bit strange. Some of them include hard working, occasional good concentration and fair technical skills. My weaknesses are the inability to handle social situations, an abnormal fondness for animals and spacing out. I make up for the inability to handle social situations by being a hard worker outside of social situations. I make up an abnormal fondness for animals by being a huge animal lover and supporter of programs that protect and rescue animals. I make up for spacing out by making up what I've procrastinated on and getting caught up quickly.
Why should you hire me? I'm not gonna lie, I can be a very lousy worker. But I usually make up for it, and if I don't, I always take full responsibility for my actions and decisions. I can be either a terrible worker or the best employee you'll ever have. Really, it depends on me and how I act. I think you should hire me because I can be a useful addition to the team.
